Hi there…

So, what is there to know about me  ?

that I am  YAB( Yet Another Blogger) with too much time on hand right now ? that I could create a blogspace of my own and show it to the whole world how great I am ? 

that I am your usual run-of-the-mill, software consultant, who has done his share to the economy ( one way or the other..)

that I am your usual ‘tambram’ ‘thayir saadham’ whose idea of weekends consisted of  browsing through Barnes and Noble stores and then driving to Bridgewater Sri Venkateswara temple  ( or the Aurora temple in Chicago or the Maryland temple in …you get the drift :-0) , while listening to MSS’s Vishnu Sahasranamam or SVe Sekhar’s or Crazy Mohan’s dramas….

that I could keep yapping on the beauty of  ”The Hindu X-word’s”  symmetry and how I get the heebie jeebies (even now) of tearing off the last page of The Hindu and trying to solve the x-word the entire day and could’nt wait for the next day’s paper to see how many i got right….

that try as much I want to, I deem no meal complete without “thayir saadam”( curd rice)…and I insist of calling my rasam as saathu-amudhu or payasam as thiruk-kan-amudhu.

that I find it easy to recite from memory, the good ol’ Hindi poems that I memorized during school days, including surdas or kabir’s dohe, and Mahadevi verma’s poem which begins as thaa kali ke roop saishav me aho sookhe suman,…

that everyone around me considers how lazy, lousy , lethargic, laidback I am….

that I consider myself the exact opposite of what was indicated above….

that I do not see any contradiction in the above two sentences, but then, I also see myself as a huge “bundle of contradictions”….

So, there it is…

It is all there is to know about me….and my wandering thoughts….
